Steve Lund studied with Boyd Brown, Mike Williams, and Dave Smith.

Current influences and Music Mentor: Freddie Roulette
"I'll never play in another band again!@#$%*!"     Steve Lund 1987
Andy Mazzilli, Tyler Eng (from the Norton Buffallo Band), and Thadious Reece (from the Michael Bloomfield Band) were
just a few on hand for this Rhythm Vulture Fest on February 14, 2004...
The Vulture ensamble for that night included: Steve Lund, Freddie Roulette, Eugene Huggins, Andy Mazzilli, Tyler Eng, Thadious Reece, David Russio and Jay Russio.
Well...then Michael Borbridge teased this old dawg off the porch and back into a Sound Hound.
He should never have woke this sleeping dawg and fed him.
Taught guitar from 1979 to 1984. Played in many casual and pickup bands too horrible to mention.
Briefly with The New Critics and had the pleasure of playing music with accomplished bassist Patricia Broadbent and
talented drummer Andy Broadbent. If it was not for my affiliation with Michael "Bones" Borbridge I probably
wouldn't be playing music other than solo.
"Freddie is the best musician I have ever heard. Freddie has my deepest admiration.
Balladyre had the mixture of diverse talent that were on stages in their journies. Freddie
is the tour guide, Bones the horse-power."
These days you'll find Steve at the After5 Studio working on the projects he's producing, or he can be seen playing with his band, the infamous and multi-talented Rhythm Vultures.
The Rhythm Vultures include a cast of many, but you can almost always find Andy Mazzilli, Eugene Huggins, Freddie Roulette, Michael Borbridge, and others around when a show is going down...
